Do you deliver in my area?

The Watson Company is a located in Cambridge, Minnesota and services the area from Albert Lea to Duluth and from the Wisconsin border to west of St Cloud. Call Customer Service at 763-689-3722 or Toll Free (MN Only) 800-456-1607 and someone will assist you.

How do I set up an account?

Account setup forms can be found on our site under Customer Service, Forms and Policies. After they are filled out completely and returned to the company by fax, E-mail or mail an account will be set up and you will be contacted.

Who will my sales rep be?

When we set up your account you will be assigned a sales rep. You can also call our sales manager Kevin Mattson (763-286-6602) or the office, to find out who the salesman in your area is. Your salesman will let you know our latest promotions and answer any questions you may have.

What is my delivery day?

Call your Sales Rep or the office to find out your delivery day.

How often will I get deliveries?

Deliveries are generally once a week and your delivery day will be set up for you when you set up your account. If you have special needs discuss them with your Sales Rep or call Customer Service.

Do you have a delivery fee?

Call your Sales Rep or Customer Service for current delivery fees.

What day do I place my order?

An order for delivery needs to be placed by 3pm the day before it is to be delivered. If you wish to pick up an order please call us an hour ahead of time so we can get it ready for you.

Can I get a list of products your company handles?

Call your Sales Rep or Customer Service and let us know what categories, or what type of product you are interested in and we will provide you with a list of products.

Can I get prices?

Contact your Sales Rep or Customer Service for pricing.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order with your Sales Rep when visited. You can also call an order in, (call your Sales Rep or Customer Service). Other options include On-line Ordering, email or faxing orders in.

How do I online order?

To order on-line contact Customer Service. They will set up an on-line login for you and and help you get started.

At what time does my order need to be in?

Orders need to be in by 3pm the day before they are to be delivered. Orders to be picked up will be filled and ready to go if you call them in before coming in to pick them up.

Can I come in and pick up an order?

You can come in and pick up an order Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm and Fridays from 8am - 4pm. We are closed from 12-1 pm Monday - Friday. If you call the order in a hour before you come to pick up, we will have it ready when you come in.

Can I place an order without having an account with the Watson Company?

Yes you can. If you know what you want, call in the order in. It will then be ready for you when you do come in to pick it up. (If you are sales tax exempt make sure to let us know when you are ordering and bring a copy of your tax exempt certificate with you when you come in to pick up your order. Tobacco products are only sold to licensed retail stores not to individuals).

Do you lease equipment?

We have several different programs available. Contact your Sales Rep or Customer Service for more information.

Do you repair equipment?

We do repair our leased equipment. Call your Sales Rep or the Customer Service.

Do you carry this or that product?

To check if we carry a specific product call your salesman. Those that order online can check for certain products on the online ordering site.

What is your fax, phone or Email address?

What is the balance on my account?

Call Customer Service for your current balance. If you order on-line you can check your account balance there anytime.

Can I apply this credit to my bill?

Yes

Can I get a copy of an Invoice?

Contact Customer Service and they will fax, email or mail copies of Invoices to you.

Can I get decals & POS for freezers, Slush Puppie machines, etc.?

Contact your Sales Rep or Customer Service and stickers can be mailed to you or with your next order delivery.

What’s the latest I can pick up?

Monday-Thursday pick up times are 8am - 5pm. Fridays are 8am - 4pm. We are closed from 12-1 pm Monday - Friday.

What methods of payment can I use?

Cash or check.

• From the North- turn right off of 65 south at the stoplights onto south Main St. Go 1.1 miles. Watson Co. is on the right side.
• From the West- turn right off of 95 east at the intersection of 95 & Main St. Go 1.7 miles. Watson Co. will be on your left.
• From the East- turn left off of 95 west at the intersection of 95 & Main St. Go 1.7 miles. Watson Co. will be on your left side.
